hello guys!have a good day to all!i just want to ask about the visa packet.Just this morning i got my visa packet.And I was confuse how am going to open the packt to get my passport.Help me guys!Around 4PM this afternoon.I finally open my visa packet to get my passport.Is this right what i did?I open the plascti which is the yellow enevelop and my passport inside the plastic.I open small only just fit to my passport.Is this correct guys???iam freaking nervous now lol if this i wrong..thanks and waitng for ur kind reply...God bless

i have just send my I-130 and got NOA1, that they received our package. as i am new here, i want to know what should i be doing next? what documents should i be preparing? should i send my husband in the usa documents or should he be sending me in egtpt documents? as i want to be ready, in order to be with my hubby soon.

happy new year!next step u going to do is wait for the NOA2 minimum timeline to wait is 5 months.then prepare the docs needed for the packet.ds230 packet and I864 packet.Here docs needed in ds230 packe sre Birth certificate.marriage certificate,2x2 ID pics,NBI clearance ,copy of passport and for I864packet are ITR(income tax return)W2,employment letter,bank statement,pay stub latest at least 3 months .Good luck and GOD bless.

so im a little confused...

Me and my fiance got our NOA2 November 3rd.Im assuming everything was sent to NVC and we are just waiting for our first packet.

Im the beneficiary by the way.

its been just over 2 weeks now since we were informed about our noa2. is there anythig we do now? is there anyything we can check to see if NVC got our stuff? im jst kinda confused. i tried reading online but i need a little bit of advice.

hello !I just want to share with you.You better to call NVC and send email about the update of ur papers or ask the copy of ur case number!usually it will take 2 or 3 weeks before we can have our case no! God bless and goodluck.Were the same me im waitng also my mnl case #.

Its now been 3 months since my Noa1 for I-130! Im becoming more and moree unpatient every single day! I always try to keep my self busy but I always end up on this websitee or the USCIS website checking my case status even though I think its still early for any notice lol I really hope I dont have to wait much longer! I miss my Hunsband terribly I want to start a family and my life already. Right now I feel like my life is set on hold and Im just waiting for someone to press play. I think many people feel the same way I do on this site so thats why I am typing this here and not somewhere else like facebook where I know that no one will understand exactly the way I feel.

So I Submitted my case I-129F on June 7, 2011 for my fiance, she live in Pakistan.I am a usa citizen from Pakistan now living in arizona. On October 26, 2011, got this Intent to Deny letter from USCIS, telling me to submit more evidence, which can be found in this post....

so i submitted all the evidence they wanted, and overnight the evidence to ca service center on November 8, 2011. It was recieved and signed by some one at the service center po box on november 9. Today when i came home found this I-797 Notice of action in the mailbox, which states....Approval notice, valid from 11/14/2011 to 03/13/2012 The above petition for I-129F is approved and the case is forwared to NVC. what does that mean? From what i read on all these posts, I was getting ready to wait up to 2 months to get a response from USCIS. I think they didnt even look at my resubmited evidence cause it took them only 5 days and then there was a weekend in between too. The approval letter was mailed on november 14, 2011. What do i do now? wait from a letter from NVC? Any one has any link to what to expect next? thanks

BTW, i didnt get any email or text from uscis either, eventhough i got the text and email from first NOA1.

I just received the email stating they have approved my request to expedite my case!!! The notice said:

The California Service Center has approved your request for expedited handling of your I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. As a result, we will pull your case for immediate adjudication. You should receive a notice of action* within 10 days.

What a great way to start the holidays! I want my husband home for Christmas!

I made up this cover letter and was wondering if everythign looks good to go? or am I missing somethings/typo? Also should I put CR-1 somewhere on the cover letter? or does it really not matter.

I am the USC petitioner.

I need some help. I was not planning to get my NOA2 so fast. I got it today. It's only been 4 weeks! My husband and I were not planning for him to come till late april/early may so we decided it's best to delay the case a bit. For many reasons, it's best for us to wait. However, I want to make sure I do things right. I read some wiki guides, but i'm still a little confused about what to do next.

1. When do I call NVC to get a case number?? Do I still need to get a invoice identification number? What is the difference between that and a case number? Additionally, I would provide my email as well as my husbands....correct?

2. When do I email the DS-3032?? Right after I get the information above from NVC?

3. Since I want to delay the case a bit, do I have to pay the fees (AOS and IV) asap? Or can this be delayed too?

4. If the fees cannot wait and I pay them soon, is this where I halt, and wait on sendings AOS and IV packets since I would like to delay the case for a couple of months?

AGAIN, I read the guides, and I'm still a little confused. Thanks in advance!!

hello that only thing we can do about this matter is have more patience {wait} The Noa2 will come with in 5 months or more than.Me i just got my noa2 recently it took 135 days. I believe ur noa2 will come out very soon.God bless and goodluck

USCIS, soo much thankful to Jehovah:) same as me vj members just keep on praying, and always have strong faith everything will be in right time although we need long patience for it long waiting, everything will get through in right time:)
