yes, i applied for my step kids as a US citizen and the kids are minor, my sister inlaw took them for the inteerview and the required a DNA. but thank God after a yr of filling and DNA the kids got their visa and they just came in to joing me and my God given Nigeria wife. we are try to get them in school but all public schools are filled so i have to pay for private school. i wish u all d best, s
