Update again:

Dec 7 I completed all documents that I need from my parents and my AOS 1-864EZ so I called the NVC to ask if i can send all documents eventhough my IVF is bot yet invoiced the agent told me that I can send it and then he offered me to review my parents DS-261.

Dec 8 IVF got invoiced

Dec 10 I paid Immigrants Visa for parents.

Dec 11 I sent all the required documents plus the AOS

Dec 13 IVF showed paid

Dec 14 my parents submitted DS-260 and I tracked the USPS delivered my documents to NVC

Now iLl just wait for any RFE or luckily interview date fir them.. Goodluck to all of us ?

I called NVC last Thursday if I need to wait the IVF to be paid before i send the documents but the agent told me that I can send the documents even if the IVF is not invoice and i told him that I have completed the documents and you know what the agent did re reviewed my parents DS-261 then yesterday friday my IVF got invoiced.

Yes less than a month i still cant believe that so fast. Nebraska Service Center.

I filed I-130 R5 received 11/4/15 Case approved 12/2/2015 waiting for NVC letter or will call them next week.

Yesterday I received the good news! I am scheduled for oath on Tuesday 9/29/15 @ 26 Federal Plaza NY 3rd floor 7-700.

I got my interview letter last aug 5 ., interview date sept 3

Today exactly 1 month before my 3rd year of residency, I checked my case online early this morning status was in line for interview then late in the afternoon I checked again interview was schedule.

Now just waiting for interview letter. :-)

Yayyy just got another update:

On July 30, 2015, we scheduled an interview for your Form N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION, Receipt Number NBC*XXXXXXXXXXX

So waiting for the letter:)

She does not have to pay twice for sure, but did NVC took the money from her account or not?? If yes, then contact NVC that you have issue on IV invoice. If they did not take the money out from her account then your wife might give some wrong details of her account by mistake. try to fix it and one more thing; BARCODED sheet will remain same....

Gud day vjers my wife pay iv bill last june 4 two days after it shows iv bill paid then she print d iv

Barcoded sheet, then on june 8. I checked the invoice online, it shows that IV Bill not paid., what happen? Does she need to pay it again? Thanx

Those items are submitted with the DS-230. The DS-230 can be submitted when the payment portal shows PAID for the IV bill.
