Actually cost is about 125$ without vaccination. That was awesome.

I live in Philadelphia and I needed to fill out I- 693. I called all the civil surgeons in Philadelphia area, and even in south New Jersey. They almost would charge me more than 400 $ and that was too much.( They are more business man to doctor)

At the end I found a really decent doctor in Art Museum. His name is Emil Sfedu and he doesn't charge a lot. I think he's the cheapest one in the whole area. He also has a website that you can find all the information there: http://www.executivehealthservicesinc.com/
