Vanessa & Tony : Thank u so much for u guidance, well I already filed 1-90 + my marriage certificate + the card and cover letter since December 13, 2011 and I received a letter of receipt on December 23, 2011. Stating they have received my application and wld be process but since I have not heard from them..... my question is I want to know how long wld it take for me to get my correction replaced?

I please want to know how long does it take to correct an error made on a permanent resident card instead of IR1 was issued with CR1.

From my experience I have been to both places. I really like the services of HOLY TRINITY. they are on point with available forms all the time, their fees are bit cheaper than AKAI HOUSE. The duration of delivery Holy trinity is about a week. While AKAI House takes 2weeks....

I was given an appointment for interview last year March 4th 2010 the consulate refuse for no tangible reason and my wife appealed, Immigration wondered why it was sent back to them and now NVC said it has been approved and they have sent the paper's to my country for another interview. Want to know if i would have to go through the same medical process and providing the same information i did last time before my interview?
