Gill my friend i can understand your feeling because i suffered last month and experienced same feeling like that you would be have this time your wait time is not more then 8 days more inshllah you will get it after the visa bulletin published which is most likely to be out on 9 or 10th of October next week due to long week end on 8th it may be get little bit late. My prediction for Nov is july 1st to july 8.

Thanks for your wishes, but I just talk to NVC and they told me to wait for atleast 20 working days from the date you send the birth certificate of your wife and joint sponsor for proof of relationship between them.

My wife send the documents for case upgrade as my wife and daughter are US citizen now.

But still it's too much delay. Hope i will get good news soon.

your welcome gill81. medical examination report valid original passport and original interview letter are required at the time of interview if all the civil documents has been submitted to nvc if more then 6 month has been passed since you submitted to these documents i think fresh police certificate and latest two passport size photo graph may be ask and as well as most recent year tax returned if its applicable to file after April 15

I DONT WANT TO BE TOO OPTIMISTIC OR PESSIMISTIC....BUT I THINK PD SHOULD MOVE FORWARD TO 2010 AND THEN SHOULD SLOW DOWN BCAZ THERE ARE MANY CASES OF 2008 AND 2009 WHICH HAS GOT VISAS AND THERE ARE MANY CASES WHICH ARE COMPLETED AND ABOUT TO COMPLETE THERE 1 YR PERIOD {SO THEY HAVE TO SEND NEW PCC AND SPONSOR DOCUMENTS}...SO I THINK 2008 AND 2009 WILL MOVE VERY FAST BUT 2010 WILL BE SLOW AND IT VL MOVE FORWARD 1 MONTH PER MONTH OR SO....SO MY PREDICTION IS{BROADLY}..
