what an experience today! from driving more than 3 hrs from iowa to st paul minnesota for my biometric. had problem with the car and all that. whats surprising is that the uscis immigration officer or head in that office offered and gave us a ride back to the car shop! isnt he so nice! thank God for that

it was about my birth certificate. the rfe came few weeks after i sent my aos package even before my biometric. but i hope what you said will come true. hehe

checked uscis case status and says they send me an RFE for my I485 .. still wondering what document i missed

after 15 days here in iowa, we went to ssa to get ssnumber. The people there were helpful the problem is their system says pending on my case. So they send inquiry to why it is pending to their main whch is in new york. They said it will take 2 to 3 working days to a month and said they will update us. Im the first k 1 that applied in their office so its kinda new to them. Plus the info and date the immigration wrote on my i 94 is horrible that they cant read the date. So, waiting time again.
