My mother was denied on her visa because ties wasn't enough to qualify for visa approval, now i am doing affidavit support. can you help me answer question 10?

I need help filling out question # 10, I am sponsoring B-1 tourist visa for my mother but i'm a little confused on question 10, it said " I have submitted a visa petition to a u.s citizenship and immigration services on behalf of the following persons? I just filed I-130, Petition for Alien Relative for my siblings a month ago, should I put they name on question 10?

14b. Did you gain permanent resident status through marriage to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident? should I answer yes or leave it blank since i'm already citizen through my marriage (CR-1)

19. Your relative's address abroad. should I put my sister address down?

Question 10. Alien registration number: My wife just became U.S citizen last month, should she put N/A on that question?

Question 1 part D. If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship: should she put her sisters and brothers name down?

What other document she need to submit with I-130 besides a copy of her birth certificate,naturalization certificate, her sister and brother's birth certificate at least one common parent.

Do she need to submit our marriage certificate?

Thank god! After sooo many sleepless nights, months of waiting and worrying my visa was FINALLY approved today at the interview at Stockholm embassy. The interview went really smooth. We had a whole folder of pictures, emails, hotel receipts etc that the officer didnt even want to see! Both me and my husband attended at the interview and the staff were extremly friendly! The officer asked us to tell our story and we did and she was smiling. After signing DS-230 she said the magic words "Congratulations, ur visa have been approved"

I didn't update my timeline until after I talked to John to make sure it was 100%. I was basing my earlier comment off the fact that our account balance had change but couldnt verify the transaction was infact for the courier.

So i had my interview in London, met up with a cool guy who was doing K1, he was on here too so was good to get chatting, relaxed me alot, the whole thing could not have been easier, i wasnt even asked any questions apart from one, your wifes name is? the santa looking man stamped a few things, asked me to sign somethings, said my wife was a beautiful young lady, we joked about the mountain dew they sold, and how busy embassy was, and without even saying bye he took my case, closed it, an walked off, then the next number was called to the window, they walked behind me and stood lookn rather mad i was there. santa returned with a case in hand, and said oh you still here, i said i am done, he said ye, i said, so, im approved, as in like i have the visa, he seemed to be rattled by now and said yes sir you have your visa now you can leave have a good day, i went back wished my new buddy all the joy and luck i was feeling and paid courier, spent 3pound on a call to tell my wife(an wake her) i was approved, now im home and have work in 4hours, they said ill get visa friday, i may just decided to fly sunday(wifes birthday 16th, anniversary 14th,) all in all, amazing experince and such an honor to share it with u guys, all the best and god bless u all

My wife was interviewed today and came out with a pink slip, she was interviewed by a Korean lady. The CO was so rude and mean, my wife was asking about 30 questions.
