    Medical took aug 22, 23 and passed then CFO Aug 22 , got GCC certificate and green certificate.....Yahooo

    Congrats to both of you, got ur interview date now, mine still nothing its crazy NVC told us that the case complete july 20 but then its not and it was just aug 3, do u think we can make for september still?

    yeah its really long since we been together and we now just thought filing an IR1 and live at my husbands place since his out from the army now...

    Hubby called the NVC and Case Complete now, and have to call back 2nd week of august for interview date so probably will sched first week of september.....God bless to us all

      You have to bring your NOA2 and your letter from NVC with your case number to be able to do your Medical and also you need four passport pictures and a copy of your passport with and also your passport.

      Is there anyone same with my case I-130 and I-129f approved same date but NVC assigned first MNL# for my I-129f are we still going to receive MNL# for my I-130 or NVC will abandoned it. Thanks in advance.

      Were thinking on hiring an attorney as well.. Because of my baby's case.. My husband forgot to file a separate petition for our daughter.. toinks... If he dint call nvc he'll never know.. The sad part is I got my case no and paid AOS also.. +meltdown+

    Im just wondering how long it will take before we can hear from the NVC after submitted the Affidavit of support and some other requirements? Weve been married for almost 7 years now and Have the IR1...Be happy to hear information about it...tnx
