well, sorry to say it's kind of bad news. We got married for more than a year now and I got my GC (will be expired in 2 yrs)..
Now we've seen we are not really getting along anymore and thinking of seperation or divorce..
my question is Will be allowed to get my 10 years permanent card if anything like that happens? knowing that the form to file for that must be signed by both husband and wife..what about if she refuses to sign it? what about if we are just seperated? and what's the case if we are divorced? i bet seperation may happen first..
i really need some clarification on this point..thank you very much.
