Thats horrible you got denied cause of something that happended 10 years ago , wouldnt they have done a background check and what not earlier in the process ? and come up with that not get you all the way to the end then denie u , you must be devo

im not sure if they wanted the evidence in packet 3 but i sent most of it anyways.. my fiance is sending more of his evidence to me in the mail for the af of support. Fingers crossed.. xx

hey i sent my packet 3 in again so fingers crossed i get a interview date soon and its all correct. That was a 7 days ago..still in Sydney waiting

im hoping october cause i will be staying in Sydney till i leave , my embassy is in Sydney another state from were i live im leaving this saturday. Usually we get interveiwed within 2-4 weeks from packet 3 so i hope i get a quick one cause i havent seen him since Dec 2010

how was your visit there a couple weeks ago?

i am having medical on 22nd , in NSW Another state to were i live there is no medical in my state anymore. Im getting the medical and yes im from Australia moving to USA
