Please help me out with 2 my Questions regarding I-751..

hello everyone,

my father inlaw has become citizen in July 2012.when we had applied for Indian visa during that time v come to know there is wrong spelling of his father name in naturalization certificate,, now we want to apply for n-565, we are confused with supporting doc? what supporting doc we can submit?Indian passport,state id card is fine with that?do we need send original naturalization certificate with ( which have wrong name)?pls reply

Wife visa is approved!!!

It was very quick 5 mins interview. Just usual questions what your husband do? did you go to honeymoon? when did you first meet? How do you keep in touch (emails, phone etc.). She provided phone logs. They did not ask for any photographs of marriage. She had marriage photographs with her, though.

Total hours she spent in consulate was 2 hours. She was first in the line when she entered.

So, we are done with immigration process at consulate. Now POE is left and will be in February.

Wife is soon going to leave for Mumbai. She is nervous (just want to be done with this), but I helped and talked to her out of nervousness as much as I can. Interview is on December 30th.

Hopefully, everything will be all right. I do want to thank all the VisaJourney members who have contributed to the forums. I have found many answers to my questions from here. It helped a lot. Thanks all.

She already has the passport (though her passport is issued by Ahmedabad). What is CID verification and what do you mean by final stage at Worli Passport Office?

her passport is issued from ahemdabad... why she had applied pcc from Mumbai not from ahemdabad?

My wife has applied for a PCC at the Mumbai Passport Office on 1st November. Still nothing! How long does it normally take at the Mumbai Office?

At mumbai they give PCC in 1-2 days time

my husband was interview in Nov at New Delhi. but we have not received passport yet.

Co give him 1 letter its says

" Please bear us while your case undergoes mandatory administrative processing.

We have retained your passport to more quickly process your visa when the processing has been completed. when the processing is complete, we will send your passport and visa to you via VFS."

please can anyone help me what i need to do? i am so confuse i try to contact embassy but i am not getting any answer from them.

I m not using any co-sponsor er in my case.. My husband is the only earning member in my family... no brother & sister.. his father & mother are dependent on him.. his income is around $40,000-$42,000 from last 3 years..

Do consulate required any co-sponsorer in my case?Pls advice me..
