I have forgotten to update my status over here...but I see my name is gone I think.
I started the journy of naturalization on 5/5/11, my interview was done on 9/20/11 and I am waiting for my oath ceremony. Unfortunately my interview was in the afternoon so already the cutover for the day was done and I have to wait for the oath letter in the mail
But I am happy that at least I am done with the interview! My city is Atlanta.
Thanks!

The OP accepted the guilty verdict...I think that's the issue. Anyway, all naturalization cases are being reviewed by a supervisor. I think the IO want to verify if he should recommend you or not. Just hang in there. In any case they will have to answer and if they deny you, you still can appeal in that case you may want to check with an attorney. good luck.

You should be fine with only the EAD, but I would update the SSN to be sure because they compare with USCIS and everything else and your SSN is not link with your current status. It is always advice that you update your status with SSN as soon as possible. I didn't have an issue with EAD in GA. And I would apply for driver's license right away if you have your Romanian DL, you will have to surrender it. Even if you don't feel comfortable right away with driving in here at least you get a great ID to move around.

One of the questions they ask is how your marriage is going right now. Yes, you have been separate and come back together in the past; unless you can proof you guys tend to do that all the time like a letter from your wife stating that you are having a hard time right now but you really are together. Although you already said you are actually separated. And yes, your wife doesn't have to come to the interview but you suppose to show that you are living together, and if the question is ask you suppose to tell the truth. Not sure how that will go. The law is something but the interpretation and final decision is discretionary to the IO. Plus remember, once you file the entire process depending on your state can take from 5 or more months. If during those months you get divorce, you will not be eligible under the 3 year rule by the time of the interview.

Congrats to all that has received interview notices...I went for INFOPASS in Atlanta last week and was informed that now they are getting backlog due to receiving Mississippi, Alabama along with North and South Carolina, and they do not have any increase in officers. I am still with hope highs that my YL/IL will come soon

Thanks for adding me!
Yes, I hope I didn't miss anything. But I haven't received a change of status to scheduled or nothing else either...uhm.
My hope is that if I really miss something then my interview is scheduled for mid or end of July/early August, and I will be able to go to INFOPASS before that and check why I didn't get it or whatever.
Anyway after all the money spent, time and eating nails...I don't want to get drown in the end of the journey

Hi, new over here...well not that new...I used to be over here during my removal of conditions, but now for N400, and of course I didn't remember my password.
Anyway my timeline is for Atlanta office:
Day sent to TX: May 4
Priority date NOA: May 5
Email about confirmation: May 10
Fprints done as schedule: June 3 (received letter on 5/26 or so)
Email and sms about change of status for queue interview: June 7
So far I have received emails and texts about every time they sent something which is actually neat comparing to a couple of years back.
And that's the last thing I have heard, it's kind of ridiculous that the "customer service" exists when now you really can't speak with a human being (years back at least you could, not hopefully but you could!). I am now worry because seeing the timelines of people near me they already received their interview notices.
I had to apply for address change on June 3 (AR11 + case pending)I called twice and they say I have to wait for 30 days-so we'll see again next week. Now, before you say "oh that's why, you probably miss your letter"...I still have access to my old address until mid July, but nothing has come up there either.
I have an upcoming INFOPASS for July 6th (looking that if I miss something I should be in interview for late July or early August - we'll see)
Can somebody tell me how the IL looks like? if the envelope says Homeland Security and with the address of the field office on it??? I am just curious. I have been reading about a yellow letter and then a white envelope...so I am kind of confuse in what to expect. Do you received an email or text stating that your interview letter was sent? curious about that too.
Thanks for the answers I trully appreciated!
