No, not yet. I dont know whats going on. I guess after 75 days I can file a service request. Hopefully, light is shed upon this situation

My only reservation about making an infopass appt is that I have not waited 90 days yet. So, I dont want them to just dismiss me.

Do you think it matters for your EAD where you apply? I thought all EADs are processed at the National Benefits Center? Maybe Im wrong. But, I mean its universal that all should be processed within 90 days. Its been 68 days since I applied, and 67 days since its been received. For an infopass, I have to wait til after 90 days, right?

So how long did it take you in total??

If it were not for the EAD, I believe I would have gotten an interview for my GC by now. Sigh, but ill remain patient. Its just tough, as you know

Thanks for the encouraging words! Means alot and does help me get through this trying process. I did my biometrics on 5/24/2011. I have called USCIS but they said that I am still in the window of 75 days for my EAD. Thus, they cannot do anything until my case is outside of that window.

hey, I have not received either as of yet. This week seems to be going verrrry slow. I did not receive my interview yet because I had an RFE that slowed things down, sadly. So im hoping to hear some good news back this week. When did you apply? When was your app accepted?
