My wife as able to.

It all depends on how busy VFS is that day.

Make sure she stays around until 5 PM so she can go to VFS and see if they have processed her visa. It's the only way to really know if they have finished it or not.

Can my wife collect her visa on same day at mumbai consulate of interview or she has to wait for courier?

I am also waiting for Interview date...hope to get date before November 15....

I just talked with an operator at NVC....he told me that my case is waiting for an appointment for interview from Embassy...And about police clearance.....he told me that it has to be send at Embassy before interview...so I will submit at VFS office in India....So looks like everything is going well.....

On AVR it says case complete but I jut got RFE for police clearance.....dont know what to do......hope its false RFE...

I just called NVC AVR. It said that my case is completed. Did any one have experience whose case completed and said same thing?

Send in ALL pages of DS-230 form. All 4 pages.

Have you rung and spoken to an operator yet? I would ask them exactly what is needed, ask to speak to a supervisor if necessary BEFORE resending any information. I've read posts where sending more info in can actually screw it up more.

I have talked to operator yesterday...she told me that on system it showing that they have no DS-230 form....but I got email yesterday that I need to submit Ds-230 part 1...and i know that i will get REF because my wife had singed but forget to put date....so dont know i have to sand whole bunch or just part 1 only...

My wife has birth certificate in Guarati. She Notary in to English. Do I have to submit Both at NVC?

My mom is going to help me for i-864...we r leaving in one home so she will count as house hold member...my dad n mom have joint bank account and filled joint tax return....my dad wont be sponsor...Will it effect any thing? Specially for bank balance?

You will have the AOS fee bill, which you can pay using a US checking account. Once the status of this payment changes to PAID, print the Cover sheet with bar code and send your I-864 documents with the cover sheet.

Once your foreign spouse's DS-3032 email is accepted, the IV fee bill will appear. Do the same....
