im sorry but u really just have to wait, it took them a month and a week to send pckt3 to my fiance. but u can tell the US fiance to call the DOS and inquire about the the status of ur petition the number is 202-663-1225. they should be able to tell u somthing just wait and call again later
for the affidavits i would send both just it case b/c at one point they wanted I-864 but i saw some ppl saying that they only want I-134. but u dont need to, u can just send I-134. with supporting docs
