All Newbies Filing for K1 in Morocco MUST submit I-864 affidavit NOT I-134. Im guess according to culture theres no such thing as fiance so u must provide info as if ur already married.
really? oh ok. thats what i was told. I researched it alot and i posted about it about three times and ppl who filed for their fiance from morocco said that the consular always asked for the I-864. I don't want to take ne chances. but im prolly gonna send both neway.
I FILLED OUT BOTH I-864 AND I-134 , ITS WEIRD, THEY WANTED THE I-134 ... AND THEN SOME SAY THEY TAKE THEY'RE I-864 ... SOOOOO BETTER TO BE SAME THEN SORRY...SEND BOTH...
