Hi VJ people. Got my RFE email from NVC just 2 days after they generated RFE. I was right,they are requesting more evidence becouse of my mistake.

On question 25 federal return tax information i was supposed to check optional checkbox but i didnt. Now they want me to file another I 864 with the tax documents they missing for year 2010.

I have tax transcripts for 2008 and 2009. For most current year i dont have it. I left the states for 2 years and didnot file tax in 2010. Didnt work or make any money.Got married etc...

My question for VJ people? If i file another I 864 can i check the optional box for the 2 most current years i worked and mail it to NVC? Is that going to affect processing in any matter or it is ok.Couse i will attach letter explaining where i was in 2010 year!

Two most current years of employment should be enoug to satisfies NVC or nor?

I am workin on those right now:

-going to order from IRS Verification of Nonfiling, which is proof from the IRS that I did not earn any money or file a return for the year 2010(takes about a week to receive letter from IRS)

-make copies of my airplane tickets and my passport pages as proof that i lived out of state for 2 years

-probably do another I 864EZ

-copy transcripts for 2008 and 2009 including w2`s

I did triple check everything. I did not work 2010 and did not enter it on I864 simple as that.I am not sure what to do now.Hate waiting.. They would`not change anything over the phone.Must wait for instructions

Last week i mailed out to NVC I864 packet and IV packet at the same time. Got an RFE issued on Friday when i called to check status. Called them today and spoke to operator. I did make mistake on form I 864ez question nr.19.(question 25 on form I864 same thing as I864ez)

To answer that question you can select one of two check boxes. I have checked the top question box and have an RFA issued because of that.Instead the one on the bottom (optional).If i have done that now i would not have RFA issued and my form will be allready processed.

I have not work in 2010 and did not file Income tax. This is the problem right now. NVC operator said they will mail me instructions and how to fix this issue but i don't have that much time. It could take up to 6 weeks to mail those.

I send out to nvc those documents:

-bar coded cover letter

-emloyment letter

-I864ez

-copy of my paychecks for last 3 months

-bank statement

-IRS transcript with W2`s for last 2 years i worked 2008,2009

What documents they will mail out? Is there anything i can do to fix this problem?Anyone with previous experience rewarding I864.

Can i mail out another I864 to them with letter attachment explaining that i have overlooked the question and didn`t answer it right?

I did check my and wifes mail.None mail from NVC received.

Will give it couple of days.If not receive any mail from NVC by next friday then its probably justa an fake RFE generated by NVC.It is possible they are still processing AOS and they are missing IV packet.

Everything is triple checked before mail to NVC. Not missing anything!

Fake RFE from NVC or what?????? Mailed to NVC AOS and IV packet same day on 08/29/2011. I have send proofs, certificates... everything.Triple checked before mailed to them.No information was missing or incomplete.

Called NVC AVR today and got this message.

The NVC has review your packet and forms and found information missing or incomplete on your financial evidence. The NVC mailed checklist latter on 09/02/2011 for correction.Please return this information to NVC.

Whats going on here.Monday is holiday and NVC will be closed definitely. First thing Tuesday morning i am going call NVC operator and find whats going on.

Have any of you had any experience with this or is it just FAKE RFE form NVC couse they are processing my case. Appreciate any help!!!

Terrible stressful weekend thanks to stupid AVR

I don't know what to except next from NVC. I have complete IV and AOS package and mail it to NVC with barcoded cover sheet. How will i know that my case is closed and will they email me after they complete my case at NVC . Whats the approx wait time?

Hi guys. I have completed paperwork and it is ready to be mailed out to NVC as first thing monday morning. I am going to mail it overnight with USPS. I have assembled in one package 2 separate envelopes. One for AOS I-864 and the other for IV Bill DS-230. Both envelopes contain paperwork as instructed by Visayourney and NVC web site. All paperwork are originals.

My question is. Is OK to mail both packets together to NVC? Or should i send AOS first and few days after IV bill packet? Does it make any difference?

Do not send medical record with ds-230.Your husband is giving original at the interview in embassy.

I am about to file form I-864. Can i include my own photocopy of W-2 forms as a proof that i actually worked for past 3 years or must get an transcript from IRS and file those together with my W-2`s????

Hi guys.Just recently I paid the AOS and IV fee online. Fees are currently 88$ for AOS and 404$ for IV package. When i paid AOS fee it took only 3 days to take money from my account and to show online status PAID. IV fee shows it is in progress but i assume that another 3 days until its processed. Once the IV bill shows in status PAID then i can mail to the NVC my DS 230 form and I 864 with supporting documents.

My question is. Do i have to wait for NVC to mail forms with the instructions once the both bills show in status PAID? Can i just download them from USCIS web site and mail overnight? Whats the difference between I864 and I864ez. What form i am supposed to mail? I make enough income to be qualified as sponsor for my wife and have steady job. Little help will be appreciated!!

Who`s information is in ds 230 cover letter. US citizen(petitioner) or beneficiary(immigrant)?????

All right great NavyK!! If i understand this right. I can fill out and DS 3032 form .Send it over to my wife to be signed. She can email me back with the signed ds 3032.

Once i receive it i can mail it to the NVC and pay the fee for I864 processing. I can have it all done today. They will accept signed(scaned copy)of ds 3032 or it has to be an original mailed out?

Are they supposed to mail out ds 3032 form first. And when is received by NVC then my i864 bill is generated and ready to be paid.

Please advice me. I and my wife have got in our mail from NVC 2 pdf files(blg2011724002 - paosf i-130 universal and blg2011724002 - acl universal). It says that our petition is approved and describes what are we supposed to do next. I am little bit confused about DS 3032 form because.

2 days ago i have email NVC with DS 3032(email format) requesting myself US citizen to be the agent of choice,and since than i did not get any reply from them. Should i try to fill out,save and mail back in pdf format to NVC again or just wait for couple more days till they reply back or whatever?

Can someone post sample for expedite processing. I am about to try expedite process in foreign embassy.

Got mine IIS number from NVC today. Things should move fast now. I got everything almost prepared for NVC.

Hallo forum members. As all of you know yesterday i finally got my NVC case number. Thank you NVC. Took only couple of days.

Yesterday i have email NVC using my wife`s email adress per DS 3032 choice of agent form(email format). I know i was supposed to call NVC and speak to the operator first.Provide them with my and wife email addresses so they could send us choice of agent form DS 3032 and fee bills once they are created. I also did not obtain from NVC invoice number couse i didn`t make that call.

Can i make that call tomorrow(NVC) and give them email addresses, and ask for invoice number?Or is to late becouse they already have my choice of agent form(email format) What happens next?

NVC case number for my wife is offcialy approved today. I am happiest man alive right now. Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
