CSC seems to be rather slow. I'm only 2 months into the process....getting a little impatient. It's frustrating to see some people getting their petitions approved in less than one month. Wishing you all the best and hope that your NOA2 will come shortly.
Did you contact USCIS yet and ask why your petition was sent to NBC-National Benefits Center? And ask why and how long before you get the NOA2? And ask what steps are next. Take care and good luck.
