It's time to file the I751 paperwork... But the husband has been calling back and forth to Ghana talking to his woman back at home. So I need to know if I don't sign the paperwork will he still be eligible to get his 10 yrs. I'm also going to Info Pass to give them all the evidence that I have that he has not been faithful since he's been here. Any suggestions? I kinda feeling bad for him because we have his little boy here and this will affect the small boy.

HELLO VJers I'm just sitting here looking at my timeline and thinking about where God has brought me. For everyone thats going through this process keep your faith in God and he will truly see you through. I know sometime it seems hard but just keep your eyes on the prize.

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!! MY HUSBAND HAS HIS INTERVIEW ON MARCH 1. GOD IS REALLY WORKING IT OUT...THANK YOU GOD.

I just spoke with NVC who stated they get interview slots every 2nd week of each month...So I know my husband will have an interview in February..

NVC is really working very hard on my process. I'm asking God for favor that our case completes on or before January 27,2012 and sent to Ghana Embassey by February 10, 2012, Interview on March 21,2012.....Departing from Ghana on April 12,2012. Wow my husband In the US for our anniversary May 20th. God I am believing that you will work in our favor and I know when my husband and our son your children goes to the interview they will be approved on the 1st trip. Lord you have all power in ...

Don't worry just remember God is in control. You will be ok. just continue with your everyday life and keep in touch with your husband. The end of tunnel will be here before you know it. Im also praying and keeping the faith on my case as well. this entire process is torture. But we will overcome.

I've completed all my paperwork I-864 and ds230. They have been overnighted and I praying my husband will be here with before our anniversary May 20. I know God will have favor on us,NVC, and CO at the embassey. Jesus please be with the people you have working our case!!! We are praying for a speedy approval.

help help...I'm compiling all the documents for NVC and i have my husband's police certificate from Ghana. which he got it done May 5,2011 can I still send it with my packet to the NVC or do he need to get an updated one. How long are they good for?? and what kind of visa will get since im filing for cr1/ir2. im really confused on the visa thing. is it a k3 visa

Hi. You need to post your quesions in a Forum and not on your wall. People will not see your wall. I think I read somewhere the Ghana police cert expires in 6 months so he will need a new one. But that was 1 year ago so maybe they changed it now. Please post in forum then start topic in spouse section. Did you pay for the 130 and I-129? Or did you just send the I-130? If you sent both maybe it is the K3 but sometimes they close the K3 at NVC. If you have to send papers and pay at NVC then you...

I think the police certificate expires in like 3 months. Let him get another one. The visa type depends on how long you have been married. I think CR-1 is less than two years and IR-1 is more than two years. Something like that but I agree with togetherforever13 you should post in a forum for better answers.
