Just wanted to let you guys know that nbc is working on cases. My NOA date is july 31st and i got word today, that my greencard is in production.....very excited and i hope that all of you do not have to wait too much longer

After my second service request (no info after the first) i just received a letter stating that my application is still within the normal processing times at NBC...my NOA date is july 31st.

filed in mid July...no interview date as of yet. EAD was approved a long time ago. i am getting worried like i forgot something so i am glad to hear i am not the only one.

Quick question: I received my K1 visa in march and will be entering the states in May. My fiance is going to move before I get to the states. Do I need to let someone know about the change of address or does it not matter? I just don't want to run into trouble if they ask for the address I will be living at and it is different from the one they are aware of so far. Thanx for your answers.

we got our NOA 2 on Jan 6th...it arrived at NVC on the 20th and we also still do not have a letter from NVC....

not yet...but hopefully in about 4 months I will be living close to Naperville. So, sorry cannot be of any help as of right now

As I am waiting for my packet 3, I am already trying to get all the forms ready for when it does arrive. Now question #9 on form ds-157 ("List all countries you have entered in the last 10 years") is confusing me. First of all, do I list all my visits to the US (on the example forms it never says US)? Second of all, up until 2004 I did live in the US and visited Germany every year - so, did I enter Germany 2002-2004 or the US????

Not to freak you out but I waited almost 7 months....just be patient and RELAX! Believe me...I know how frustrating waiting is!!!

We are June filers as well....tomorrow will be exactly 6 months since we received our NOA 1. Any thoughts on what we could do. My fiance called them twice already but just got the answer "we are still working on it"...Please HELP!
