    What's on your mind?Some said those who fill AOS through K1 visa, do not go through interview ..... Is that true? How many % accurate to that information?

      It's accurate from what I seen its a 50/50 chance many people dont have to go through an interview but some do

      Thanks... It was 43 days of filling my AOS and (17) days from my BIO but no news till now... I hope everything's alright ... :|

      most i know have interview

      our friend has interview next week i think it is.

      we already got approved. and have green card in hand.

      i think it also depends on how long each other have known and how much paperwork included.

      our folder is thick about 3" or so that they have on us.

      during interview im like wow we sent in that much Which i think they add to it on there reviews etc.
