    yes I had to DHL more documents with original signitures, which cost about $100. Those docs will arrive to Chinandega monday and he will return to the embassy on Tues. I did email the embassy and they told me they gave Miguel a green piece of paper explaining he can come back anytime he has the docs ready, Monday-Friday between 7 and 9 without having to make an appointment.
