avr says case completed since june 30th!

  i called june 30th and a supervisor told me our case was complete.
  
  that was a lot better than what a csr told my wife a few minutes before: i was supposed to send court records, but that didn't sound right at all, so i called and wanted to hear from a supervisor what our exact case status was.
  
  also had the sif on the 30th.
