Received a letter from USCIS that we must fill out a I-601 waiver form because a mistake was made 8 years ago on my husband's passport and he tried to get it corrected, but no luck. The form asked for hardship affadavits explaining why it would be a hardship if my husband had to travel out of the country. What do we do and how do we proceed? Any suggestions?
