May I ask you why the question??

I'm thinking about getting a lawyer but you know how lawyers work out...they don't tell what to do really they tell how to slow the process so they can get money out of you!! I'm trying to get my ex-wife to write me a letter to proof my son's domicile address...My biggest problem more than nothing is this co-sponsor! I'm asking already a few questions here I feel...

I'm will try but if I can't find a co-sponsor what can I do but abandoned the whole process!

Yes I do in Florida my oldest brother's kids..my niece probably will be my last shot but I'm not sure how she is with her taxes!!I'm almost giving up...but I will try keep trying I came so far this #######!!

Not really...unless you think that she will need any help but still they should interview her in spanish!! If she knows you she won't have any problem!! Don't worry she will be fine...the question will be more likely about you such as work,kids,marriage!

I had mine done the 09/25 and my interview is 10/16...I suggest at least 2 weeks before just in case she needs to get any doctor letters or vaccinations...!

: ) Nothing...nada..niente...lol...NVC is draging everybody to a state of craziness.They said 2nd week of September first and now that they are scheduling until the 18th of september so go figure!! But it seems that the whole planet are in the same situation regarding interviews!! I'm very sorry that your case is not completed and they carry on asking for more and more docu...

Everything is good still waiting for a interview date...hopefully will come this week that is the 2nd of the month when NVC start sending out interviews by email.Fingers cross

Have you sent DS-230 and support documents??It's your case completed?

They take around 5 days to review AOS and soon they are done they will generate a payment for you IV fee if is not done yet...keep eye on your portal for payments!! I'm just waiting for a interview date!
