We are considering the CR1 route. Form I-134 request income from US person, however I returned to school because I lost my job due to the recession. I will be done with graduate school in a year. Can I be declined due to not generating an income? If we are, what are our alternatives.
Do you recommend a ceremony or can we head down to the court house. Will evading a wedding be frowned upon?

Hello,
I live in Los Angeles and my fiance lives in the UK.
In the original package do we need his signature for the G325a form?
Does the London Consulate require that I submit the DS 230, DS 156, 156K and 157 with my original pacakge or does he take that after?
Does he need a signature on the Intent to Marry Letter? If so, can it be a copy?
The details of the package are very confusing
Please help....
