  1. I got married back in March of 2011 in Karachi, Pakistan. I am a born U.S. citizen whereas my husband is a Pakistani citizen living in Saudi Arabia.

I am filing an I-130 right now and I wanted to know what should I put in Section C, Question 20 where is says "If your relative's native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write his or her name and foreign address in the native alphabet."

My husband's native language is Urdu (language of Pakistan) but he lives in Saudi Arabia where the local language is Arabic. Does his address have to be written in Urdu (his native language) or should it be written in Arabic?

Also, since we got married in Pakistan, is my husband suppose to apply for a visa in Pakistan? Or can he do it at the U.S. embassy in Saudi Arabia?? What should I put in Section C question 22 where it asks if relative is not eligible for status adjustment he/she will apply for a abroad at the American consular in?
