n this case, it appears that the alien is willing to return to her country of nationality but does not have the financial resources to pay for her ticket. I would suggest for her to contact the nearest BCIS office, explain her situation and request assistance from the entity to contact her embassy and make some arrangements to allow her to safely depart to her country.
