GOT APPROVED! Received letter today they ask for the medical exam which he is doing tommorrow and the police certificate which he has already once they give him the medical exam he will deposit everything. so hopefully he will be here by the end of this month yeah!!!!very excited this is almost over!

yes and i just read someone who waiver was in march 28, 2011 got approved june 14 so hopefully we are almost done

im in the u.s ill waiver is in santo domingo . for being in p.r illegaly but he was never deported he went back by himself. no didnt file 212

9 months? no my lawyer told me santo domingo is 3 to 6 months if is not such a bad case.

hey i called today and the lady told the case is a jurisdiction to give the at least 3 weeks and 3 weeks for my case will be 3 months already. i hope by then they approve it. and i believe your waiver was first then mine. so there is hope.

i im just curious have you called? i deposited my husbands waiver april 12 2011.
