  12. Quick question, according to everything i read here the course of action is to 1. File I-130, await for the NOA1. then file the I-129 and wait for the NoA on that one,and then it should be sent to the visa center. and after that to the embassy. my question is why dont we just submit a i-130 and wait for NOA1, Then NOA 2 ? it will then be sent to embassy. correct?

  14. I guess to be honest after thinking it through, waiting on the I-130 to be processed isnt a bad thing, 1. it saves money, 2. my wife is in school studying nursing so the time isnt a factor, i need to see what the pros and cons would be sticking with a I-130 and waiting on the Cr1 vs trying to do a I129 and the K3..

  15. Well today i am finishing up all the preliminary paperwork, I-130, G325a, etc etc, gathering all the photos, text, even screen caps of our family facebook page along with letters from freinds and people who know that we are married and have a genuine relationship, although long distance. my only thoughts today are, i have seen posts on the process.... should i even file a I-129 or not?? not sure
