  1. I AM A LITTLE BIT CONFUSED ABOUT THE QUESTIONS ON PART 11

    7. A. Have you ever not filed a Federal, State, or local Tax Returns since you became a Permanent Resident? ''NO'' is my answer because I am not working it's filed jointly since I am my husband's dependent

    B. If "Yes" did you consider yourself to be a non- US resident? I don't know if I still have to answer this since I already answered ''NO''

    Please help me.

  2. I am sorry I am also confused I thought it is only 2014. I got my 2yr GC in 2012 and august 2014 the expiration date so I filed I-751 last june within the 90days of my GC expiration. 8 months in the process to be exact because my case was forwarded to California Service Center. I am sad about the woman I met in Charlotte who is also a Filipina because she had to take another biometric test so until now she's still waiting for the decision I am glad I didn't go thru that.

  3. My mom is a Filipina and she's been living in Barcelona Spain since 2007 she's living w/ my sister.. She's not working but every year she goes back to Philippines. Since she's not a citizen of Spain she needs a visa for tourist she only has this card I forgot what its called but My husband is willing to be her Sponsor now my question is what more supporting documents we need? aside from I-134 and invitation letters for consulate and for her.

  4. I AM A PERMANENT RESIDENT AND GOING TO FILE I-751 ON MAY 20 BUT MY PASSPORT WILL EXPIRE ON SEPTEMBER 7..I AM JUST CONFUSED IF I NEED TO RENEW IT BEFORE I FILE FOR I-751..AND ALSO I MADE A STUPID MISTAKES BECAUSE I DIDN'T CHANGE MY ADDRESS. WE MOVED TO OUR NEW HOUSE LAST AUGUST OF 2013 AND I HAVE NO IDEA THAT I NEED TO INFORM USCIS ABOUT IT I THOUGHT THAT I ONLY NEED TO CHANGE SPONSORS ADDRESS SINCE WE'RE MARRIED AND HAVE THE SAME ADDRESS. PLEASE BADLY NEED SOME ADVICE.

  5. yes she goes back to Philippines every year 2 to 3 mos because I still have brothers there and her grandchild and she can prove it using the passport she even travels some part of Europe like Andorra, Italy and Paris but she's in Spain right now so she will be coming from Spain if ever she gets approved but problem is since she's not in the Philippines and she is not a Spanish citizen I don't know how she can file a tourist visa from spain. She will be escorted by my sister when she travels here in the US. my mom never worked in Spain she just baby sit her grandchildren she is 66 years and for sure she will go back to Spain because she has no plans of overstaying here. She just wanted to visit.

Hi my sister who is a Filipina has been living in Barcelona for almost 14 years now and in 2007 she petitioned my parents (dad died 3 years ago) so mom for 7 years she goes back every year to Philippines for vacation she is not a citizen of Spain but my sister she's a national of Spain. My sister is gonna visit me in april and mom wants to come with her but problem is when sister inquires they are asking for mom's bank account and she doesn't have one. so my sister told me if I could write an invitation letter and have it notarized and file for tourist visa but I am not sure if they will allow my mom to enter USA since she's not a citizen of spain... please anyone tell me what to do I really want to see my mom we haven't seen each other for such a long time.

  7. Hi everybody this is my question how can I get My mom over here for a visit? My mom is living with one of My sister in Barcelona Spain. She went there in 2007 but she's not a citizen yet. My other sister is a Citizen and she's planning to visit me with mom. in March but the problem is when my sister inquire in Madrid about it they asked her if my mom has a bank account in Spain and the problem is she doesn't have.. and it will take them forever before they can come over here if they will open a bank account because it should be 6 months old before they can file for a visa .Mom's status in Spain is European Community Residence something like that. 9. It's won't be a problem if she doesn't give birth in America. I had my son in Australia to a USC. We simply made an appointment with the American consulate in Australia and filed a consular report of birth abroad when he was 2 months old. Our son is now 1 and also has a certificate and American passport. He has dual nationality - American and Australian.

Oh thanks so much..so waht documents to be presented if they register the baby to u.s consulate in manila?
