I just received a letter from the USCIS stating they are reviewing my case for the K1 visa. I thought that they always let the K1 visa's expire. Has anybody had any experience with this?

I am off to Moroccoto finally see Cherkaoui and hoping to get some answers regarding my K-1 visa denial.

Can anybody please help me? Monday was Cherkaoui's interview for the finace visa and they denied it.The paperwork is still in Morocco. Does anybody know if it would be worth taking a trip there next week to go talk to the Conulars in the embassy? I was unable to attend the interview which obviously was a huge mistake.
