    Awesome,how was it?

    our appt was at 1130 we were sworn in.it was pretty simple they did not ask me to question about our realtionship they just asked my husband how we met,whats our address,nd bout our daughter nd then me the criminal questions on i485 then she said we will let yu know what we decide in 4-6 wks. i was a lil discrouaged then at 430 i recieved a txt/email sayin card in production!!....God is great i am so happy thankx everyone and i wish yu all the best of luck

    Got an email notification today stating my interview has been set for August 24th! So exciting! Nothing on EAD but it will probably come within the same time frame!

    Love*os and LinabFrank, dont stress about your biometrics! trust me they are coming :) Mine came about one month after filing so I am sure you will be getting yours in the next week! I didnt get any email notification about my biometrics just had to wait for it to come in the mail, so I know how you feel.

    I was expecting interview in September sometime, this is great news!! Guess you were right MrsAllen...make sure you keeps me up to tabs as to how your interview goes :)

    Just received TEXT/EMAIL messages for Interview Appointment 8/22/2011. Today is my birthday! Wonderful gift!!!

    yes it is....my interview is todays before my birthday!!i hope i get a good gift from uscis...lol

    Wow that was fast! Lucky you! I mailed AOS packet about a week before you, and I got my biometrics done the same day as you almost. I hope I get notice for an interview soon. I was expecting to get it in September or October, but maybe sooner. Who knows. Good luck to you!

    mrs allen, did you come in on a F1 fiance visa as well? I looked at your timeline and didnt see it, so I was just wondering..

    Thank im so happy it was totally unexpected my lawyer told me to expect the notice in a month but it came a week later.And when i looked at the philadelphia timeline it said it was backed up.im so excited!! my fingers are crossed for you!! you wll robably get yours soon becuz it seems we are moving in about the same time frame some ppl wait a month for biometrics.I came in 94 on a f-2 visa i have bascally grown up here since i was 4 but then h-4 but i am adjusting from a F-1 student visa.

    i got my NOA1 but i cant track it in uscis website... it start with MSC :( ... and my application was transferred to NBC...

    same thing with me...does MSC mean its at the NBC? nd is that a bad thing....?so far my process is moving fairly quickly i recieved my NOA's last week and recieved my biometrics appt letter nd its scheduled for next week!!

    Well, I upated the date that I updated my timeline, but nothing has changed. It was 2 weeks on Friday. I have received no notice, nor have they cashed the checks (my wife'snd stepdaughter's When they jacked the fee up, I expect sometype of customer service. I hear others defending how busy they are, but my expectation is that if I send anyone $2140 they at least say, "Thank you, I will be with your shortly". When the fees went from $395 in 2007 to what they are now, the reason given was a more streamlined approach and better customer service. Still waiting.

    give it some time....my lawyer said it can take up to four weeks to get the NOA....he mailed mine on 06.08.11 and i got them in the mail 06.24 i know its furstrating but they will come...
