I have a question about changing address during the 2 years condition residence( green card). My mom, sister and I have been in United state for almost 2 years. Recently, we just moved to other address. I check it on the www.uscis.gov about the form. Ar-11 is the form for this case but I don't exactly know whether I can fill it out on behalf of mom or not. Can i just fill it out by myself and it send it directly to the nearby Uscis office?

PS: My mom can't speak or write English at all.

I've been to USA 9 months so far. My step dad just passed away recently. He sponsored my mom to come USA as K1 visa along with me as K2 visa. We already got our 2 years green card. Can anyone tell me How can apply for 10 years green card with this situation? do I need any forms to fill in? Please detail me how to do step by step with this situation. Thank you very much appreciate about this.
