Wht do u mean by a jursidiction? I knw based on where I am from the closest. Country with USCIS presence is DR or Santo Domingo field oFfice.. I had emailed DR and the email reply was 6mths to 1yr. I did not use a lawyer. Had a congress woman wrote letters. Where r u? And wht is ur husbands denial for? Did u have To file an I212 ?

The best time to call is on a wednesday from (9-11) I think. Mines was sent to b'dos on March 4 and it was sent to SD and was received some time in April. tthey told me to call in 6 weeks time, but have not done so YET
