We are about to send the I-129F application for K-3 visa.

We got married in japan, so i have a japanese marriage certificate and the translation.

Do i need a notary with the translation ?

Also, can i be the translator or is it has to be somebody else ??

I know that they got my package but i don't know if they cash it ... i sent the money order

Is there other reasons that they taking this long ... ??

We sent the I-130 application on August 1st, We sent the I-130 application on August 1st, but we still haven't received any response from USCIS.

Its been almost 3month and we don't even have the receipt #...

Im trying to call USCIS almost everyday and all they say is our case is under review ...

I think its taking longer than normal due to my husbands (USC) identity theft case 2years ago... Im not sure

How long is "under review " going to be ??

And is there any ways to make it shorter ... ?

I need at least receipt # to apply K-3 visa but I feel like i have to wait forever ... !!

We took some pictures when we got married.... just don't have pictures of wedding. We have pictures of us holding marriage license and marriage ring... is it ok ??

I just got married 3 days ago in Japan and getting ready to submit our I-130.

I live in Japan and my husband lives in New York. He is a USC.

He is visiting Japan for the marriage and going back to US next week.

I have some questions about the evidence of bona fides marriage.

We have been a couple over 5years, but never lived together so we don't have anything like joint account.

Also we are planing to have a wedding after i move to US, so we don't have photos of wedding...

All we can provide are Photos of us together, letters to each other, E-mails, Plane tickets, and Passport stamps.

Is it going to be ok ?

Im really worried ...
