IIN is invoice identification number

BIN Is Beneficiary Identification number

IIN used to log in into the invoice system

But BIN used to fill the DS260 and 261 forms.

if you don't mix them up the system will accept the forms but will not process them.

Make sure you used the right number for the right question.

They sand my case to supervisor to look up my case. duahhhhhh what that mean? I got the RFE at Aug 11, Aug 12 the AVS said response was received but and Aug15 the checklist response was delivered.

I had RFE. how long it will take them to process that if it delivered today. Also I submit the DS260 online but Checklist ask for the DS230 should I sand it.

Most people sand translated certificate of marriage when they can obtain one directly from the Civil office. this what I did and it same me money and time.
