  1. I recommend not creating multiple threads dealing with the same subject.

Aside from that, pictures without dividers are fine. I wouldn't send an album. Put them in a ziplock baggie if you are concerned about them being lost. Just make sure you send pictures that you do not want back. Once you send them to USCIS, you will not get your pictures back.

Well my first thread was neither looked at nor did i receive a reply on that thread. and being i have a limited time i needed a fast response.

but thanks for your recommendation on the photos that i asked for.

  2. I am currently filing i-130 for my husband in egypt. And i understand almost everything to put except one thing that may be simple but i have over thought it so much that now i need help. on his birth certificate he has 5 names... Hany ahmed mohamed ahmed khattab... but hes convinced i should only put the 3 he goes by.. hany ahmed khattab.. but i know that its suppose to be as it is on the birth certificate. so i am not sure how to write it on the i-130 and the g325a... it ask for last name, first name, and middle name. so to fit all the names would i write it like............... family name: KHATTAB , First name: Hany Ahmed , middle name: Mohamed Ahmed ??? my husband is telling me he will send me two g325a forms one written with the entire name and one with just his 3 names and to give both of them when i file and just write a letter explaining .. but i dont know if that will make a problem. plzzzzz help

  3. i planned to have my mother as my co-sponsor but she was recently told by someone who traveled to america on a business visa that she can not be co-sponsor since she receives government aid such as food stamps even though she makes enough to cover us and they may not approve her because she filled bankruptcy 4 years ago. i would like to know is that true? what are the circumstances that would disqualify any sponsor?
