My girlfriend got an american passeport due to her mother who is born in USA.

Is she able to work in the USA without filing any form or visa ?

I just got married with a woman who was born in France and live in France with me.

I am a french citizen and she got an American passport (both nationalities) due to her mother who is born in Rochester (N.Y-USA).

We wan't to move in U.S.A thanks to a K-1 Visa.

Does she must live in USA for a while before i come ?

Can we just go there with K-1 visa and find out an appartment and start working with a green card ?
