looks like they have started to process Philippine june filers lol. "delay", "late", "Philippines/filipino" seem like have the same meaning. just joking. idk if it has something to do with the home country of the beneficiary. On a brighter note, it made us hopeful we're getting ours soon!

hi. my K1 visa is about to expire and i can not enter into the US before that date because of family reasons, my fianc'e and I agreed that i will apply for a tourist visa to be together this coming holidays, can i apply now for a tourist visa while my fiance is still in effect till november 09? what is the chance of getting the visa, anyone knows or have an experience like this? please help,thanks

wohoooooohhhhhhh! happy to see our status on USCIS page that we're on POST DECISION ACTIVITY, we dont get RFE notice before, which makes us feel NOA2 APPROVAL LETTER IS CLOSE.. WOH! HOPE TO GET THE LETTER SOONER AS IN FEW DAYS FROM NOW! THanks so much Lord!

It's been a few months since we got our NOA2. Amy is supposed to be going to get her medical done on Monday, but not sure if that will happen since she's currently in labor and giving birth to our daughter now. We'll see. Other than that, everything else is going as planned.

where or how do you get in touch with USCIS if we feel our petition is taking longer than others to get to NOA2

hello everybody... just want to ask, how true that California Service Center stopped approving K1 petitions? one member said they still have back logs from march filers... that is a sad info... hopefully its not true...

yeah, I saw that one too... there are also april and may filers who got approved... right? maybe it depends on the adjudicator as to how fast does he/she approves petition... hopefully, there'll be good news soon... thanks Dan and Jenni. by the way, how bout u guys? got your noa2 already? are you under csc also?
