hey...whom did you contact to get your interview date re-scheduled? Would they send a new interview appointment letter once you get it rescheduled?

which city are you at? I am in Trivandrum, and they didn't ask me for any interview letter. You just need to let them understand that this is needed for getting the GC, and that an interview is not scheduled yet. You need to get a PCC from both the Passport officer and the Police office in your city
