Thanks. Does this means she will be approved?

Hello All,

My wife had her interview yesterday and after the interview he took her I-94 and said he have to look reviews the paper we brought and he will make a decision if she will be approve or deny. We will know this in the next 30 - 90 days. We did not get any paper. He told us we done and can leave his office. Is this normal? I read some posts with same experience but was given a note. Thanks.

I started on my wife AOS today and I came across form i-864. Number 25 where it asks for my income for the 3 most recent tax year. I was married to my late wife and we always filed our tax married. How do I go about counting just my income for tax for question #25?

I read some posts in here regarding introduction by family member and some say it's ok other say it's not. My Fiancee's interview is coming up. My cousin gave her phone number to me. I called her and it all started from there. Is this something she can mention to the CO regarding how we know each other? We knew each other 2 months before we met and she picked me up at the Airport. Any help appreciated.

Thank you all for the feed back. I don't know about any one else but I'm running out of patient. I hope they approve my case really soon. This past two years are a nightmare. There are people who filed after me and they already got approved (NOA2). I don't understand the first come first serve on they website. Please explain to me how that works? I'm tired of this waiting game and see other VJ members got approved left and right of me. I called Customer Services (CS) two times now and was told to wait for the 5 months to expired. Should I call again and request to talk to Tier 2 CS or just wait for the 5 months to expired? Can Tier 2 CS provides any new information about my case?

I looked at the Poverty level for 125% for 7 people and is about $43,000. Is this just income only or does it includes saving also. My case, 7 members, income of about $41,800 and have about $50K in saving. Do I still need a Co-sponsor? Help please. Thanks in advance.

Newbie, Filed for K1 Visa on March 1, 2011 and got NOA1 on March 3, 2011. Anyone else filed around the same time and already got NOA2? Your helps is greatly appreciated.
