      I was told u could K-1 again.. all applications are independent of one another, I haven't even thought to call... would they be able to give me information?? Do you think I would be given an opportunity to appeal? I hadn't done anything since the denial in Dec-- no calls, letters or anything--

      I want to go out there at the end of this month for a few days... The last I heard was from DOS that it's finally back there, but I haven't recieved anything from them.... I'm really scared to just get married over there and they say its fake, maybe i'll do K-1 again--

      Amen-- Thank you for those words of advice on my post-- I am definitely thinking that I will get married over there. But I wanted to hear what other ppl had to say first. This process is long and hard but in the end love will find a way.

      Hey guys! I just got back to the states today. I will post soon..i was interviewed by some jerk in window 23. I was only able 2 go once this year, but we have been together for 6. We had set everyting,but it wasnt enough. I think he was just not believing us. I well post review soon! And will probably go the cr1 route as well. Unless there is a way to motion the decision

    I have a question everybody..In all the forms that i have to fill out for the interview they ask what is my fiances first, last and middle name...Since she has 2 last names 1 of her father and theother her mothers how do i placed that on the forms? UUGGHH..Do i put both last names in the FAMILY NAME portion of the forms?

      Interesting question-- In my petition I only put his paternal last name because thats how we do it in the USA, but I havent thought about how to fill the rest of the papers.

    VISA APPROVE!!! Praise my Lord, Bendito sea Dios, we had a hard time but God had control.
