wish me luck..i will fly to Manila tomorrow in preparation for my visa interview this dec.8, 2011@ 8:30am..i feel nervous now..anyone here have done her interview? what were the questions being raised by the CO? thank you..

hi.. we have the same date of interview.. just want to ask if you have you're visa already? i called usem agent and told me that my visa was still at consul,, i was approved last dec8.

as you might have read with my past posts, i was very worried with my 5 year old son because he had primary complex before and they had him do sputum twice.. the smears were ALL POSITIVE. that's why we were expecting that the result of the culture would be all bad. Just today (8th week), we went to St. Luke's and the result was NEGATIVE OF TB! :dance: they said they will release his papers after the result of the 2nd culture are out which will be december 9. HOPEFULLY, the second one will be negative too. hopes are high!!

that's great.. my cousin also had the same experience and she was diagnosed to have a primary complex positive, she's 6 y/o and slec instructed her to continue her medication in US.. The difference is she no longer did the culture test and went through..

i printed a copy of DS forms last first of week september. Supposed to be my interview would be on sept.16 but due to medical delays, i have to wait two months for the result of my culture test.. i want to know if they have an expiration? Is it okay to print new one? how about the barcode in ds156k?

I'm almost done with the 2 months of waiting for my sputum culture result, it will be my 8th week this coming Nov 2. SLEC gave me a slip to call them on Nov 7. My previous interview date was scheduled last Sept 1 but unfortunately i need to undergo sputum so I didnt make it to show up @ USEM and forgot to cancel my previous appointment. Now i can hardly get schedule myself online and thru phone , told me that I need to get the result first b4 they'll give me my schedule. Do u think they give priority to those who underwent sputum culture? and Do u think I'm NEGATIVE now for my culture as of 3 days from now I'm done .THanks and God Bless!

Try to call them on the 8th week afternoon so you can get an early slot for interview.. I'm on my 6th week of waiting on Nov.2.. Goodluck.
