I have the I-245 because my father put me in his case when my uncle was filling for him... I entered the country illegal so this helps me.. Should I file i-130, I-485 and I-485A? Is there anything else I need? Also for the proof that I was here on December 2000 will my school records work? I've been in school here since 1995-now (college) Should I hire an attorney or do it my self?
