    Hello, Sheru. My name is Andy. I would like to change experiences and information about the process. I am removing the conditions on permanent residence too, but I am worried, because my noa1 is taking too long to arrive. The already cashed the check, but did not send me the noa1. I saw in the time line that your noa1 took a long time to arrive, too. Why? Sorry, but I am really anxious. Thank you.
