I am organizing our I-130 packet and the visajourney guide just says "G-325A filled out by the US Citizen, signed and dated." and "G-325A filled out by the non-US Citzen spouse signed and dated." I saw some older posts that said somthing about having 4 copies of the G-325A, now I am confused. How many pages/copies of the G-325A am I supposed to send with the I-130? Thanks.

I agree with you Kokylolo, it isn't worth the risk. My husband already put the form in the mail to me this morning though, it sounds like Vanessa&Tony and others have gotten away with not putting the full address. I think it will be okay, if not then it's my fault! Thank you for the replies!

My husband has worked for quite a few places. I just put the names of the businesses and cities they were location in, most of the places are chains. Is that okay? I thought I had read somewhere about this before, but want to clarify that it will be acceptable. Thanks.

Laure&Collin- Thank you for your reply. We will go ahead and get his passport done and taken care of.

The i-130 asks for "Family Name", I am sure that means what your current last name is, so if you change your name before you mail it out then you would put the new last name. When it asks about your mothers info, it specifically asks for her maiden name. Good luck.

evelyn1140- Thanks! Yeah I am going to have him start working on getting his passport ASAP. Just making sure incase he doesn't get it before I mail the i-130.

So I made sure to complete the biographic info form for my husband and had him sign it before I left Mexico and came back to the states. I got back an FBI fingerprint check for him and thay had squished his two last names together into one word on an arrest record. So I need to add that under "All Other Names Used." Can I just cross out what I had typed in there before which was "None" and hand write in his name with the last names squished together? Would they accept that? Thanks.

He doesn't have a passport right now, I was planning on mailing the i-130 soon. He doesn't actually need a passport until later in the process right? When they ask for a copy of the biographic page in the intending immigrant's passport. Just making sure, thanks.

I was going to ask someone I know who is fluent in both Spanish and English to please translate our marriage certificate. I am not sure what kind of directions to give them. Do they just type it up in Word, in English, and in a similar format to the actually marriage certificate. And then on the bottom make a statement about how they are fluent in both languages and have translated the document to the best of their ability, and then sign it? I am not sure about how exactly the translation is supposed to look like in the end. Just as long as it has all the info on the certificate and is organized in a similar format it will be okay?

Thanks for your reply! Yeah I know the affidavits aren't seen as the greatest evidence, but I don't have to much evidence so I was going to include a few.

Can a couple of the affidavits be in the exact same format? I was going to give a couple of the people a print out of an example format. Could they just copy that format and fill in the blanks themselves? Or do all the affidavits need to be completely different? Thanks.
