Why is it, when you've already waited 8 months for the rest of the visa process, the few weeks it takes to wait for an interview seem like they drag on forever? Come on, Sydney!
Hey, we're also going through CSC and my partner is Australian. How much notice did you get from the embassy for your interview date? I've heard that they sometimes give a month but it can also be as short as a few days notice.
I waited about a month for the notice of my interview, then the actual interview was scheduled for another month past that. So it was a pretty long wait. :\
