My boyfriend is trying to work in the US. He has applied twice for TN status and has had lawyer help but has been denied twice. Now I'm worried if he applies for the third time and is denied, he will be barred from entering the States. I have thought about marrying him for awhile and now I think would be a good time to propose, however, would the denied TN applications also cast a sour note on our fiance visa application? We've been together for awhile.
